I first inquired on the weekend since I had cracked my laptop screen and it's a work computer. I need it fixed ASAP. He was very responsive and he told me about 5-6 business days. I was so stressed as I needed the computer to work throughout the week. He later clarified that the part had to be ordered and that would take about 5 days. I explained that I needed the laptop to work so he worked it out that I would pay for the screen. When it arrives drop off the laptop and he would be able to repair in 24 hours. Every step of the way he was texting me with updates. I paid for the labor when I dropped off the computer. I dropped it at 4:30pm and I received a text that it would be ready for pick up 8:30-1:30 the following day. WOW! I just got home and that was great. This was so smooth and the laptop looks brand new. I feel like it's even faster (not possible since we just switched the screen) haha I highly recommend PC Expert Services. I have not had such a seamless experience in so long. Thank you and I will be recommending to everyone. Fastest turn around time and he definitely over delivered.

Shattered my touch screen laptop beyond use, I brought it to PC Expert Services and they fixed it within 72 hours, stayed within the estimate they quoted me, the screen works better than it did before it was shattered. Getting to the location to drop off your laptop was kind of weird, the door was locked inside the business building when I arrived but just knock and drop it off, you're in good hands.

Very efficient and I was able to get important data from a damaged 20 year old laptop. 99% recovery in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased and when I recently needed a new motherboard, I took my laptop in and they had it fixed in 2-3 days. I'll always come back for all my computer repair needs.
