Exceptional service! My computer needed several applications installed and some troubleshooting for issues I was having. My Technician, Seth Plechas was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get everything installed and cleaned up so I could do my job without any further issues. He also answered all my questions and provided some good suggestions. He was very patient and polite. I have worked for a couple of large companies with IT Departments and this by far was the best IT experience I have had.
