Derek and his team are one of, if not the most, experienced and efficient IT guys I have ever come across. Everything they did for us made our lives easier in every way. I cant say enough good things about Derek and his company. Highly recommend that everyone use them for whatever they can. Full on re-wiring and setting up of a brand new server, along with domain changes and various other tweaks that were requested. We TRIED to make it difficult for them but they had no issues with any of it. Thanks again Derek and to anyone reading I, again, highly recommend you use Black Tie IT for every area possible.

I found Derek on Google and called him to setup and install multiple computers for my home office as well as a security system that is integrated with those computers. Derek is a great guy and his technicians were very friendly and did the work in a timely manner. Derek also kept in touch with me after the job was done to make sure everything is working properly. He also setup a tracking system on his end to ensure that if there were any issues with the network going down at anytime he'd be able to react and solve the problem quick. Overall I was very happy with his service, staff and the work performed. I would definitely recommend Derek to friends and family.

Derek at Black Tie did an exceptional job when I started having computer issues at my business. I had him come in and take a look, he did the best he could at fixing it, but in the end I had to upgrade my computer. I am always so hesitant with IT companies/people because I'm not computer savvy and always worried that I'm being taken. Derek educated me on what he was doing and why and now I have a clean working computer and know a little more about computers and what I need for my business. A huge thank you to Derek for being knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and helping my business be more efficient! I would recommend Black Tie IT to anyone.

Derek was extremely helpful and communicative. I was trying to help build a new gaming desktop for my friend and used some old parts from a pre built pc but couldn't get it to work properly because the screen kept freezing. We kept trying to fix it for four days straight to the point we called Derek at night after his normal office hours for help. He was willing to squeeze us into his tight schedule for the next day and pick it up that night. Very satisfied with the work and dedicated effort Derek put into fixing our pc. In just a few hours he was able to get it up and running and ran tests after fixing it for hours just to make sure. Best technician around and I strongly encourage anyone with pc problems to get into contact with him. He was even willing to drop off our pc outside of his office area because it was not convenient for us to pick up. Overall, Derek is a fantastic technician and person. I called majority every pc technician in Irvine and could, with confidence, say he is the best around and definitely shows the most care in the work he does to help fix your every technical needs.
