Installer was 1.5 hours late for setup, took more than an hour to initialize, and more than half the time streaming takes minutes to buffer. FML

This is probably the worst internet customer service is great and very friendly but the internet is not good Im forced to unplug and plug back in my internet at least 15 times a day and they wont fix it they just tell me to unplug and plug back in and I get about 10 mins then goes out again
