Extremely polite. Extremely delicate with the hydraulics. Was really cautious to not cause damage. Thanks Will for being so professional and timely. Will is an extremely knowledgeable tow driver!!! I was at 78,000 pounds when he hooked up...best tow truck company i have dealt with in many years of trucking. Definitely the top 3 in my 25 years of trucking

As a local business owner, I reached out to A-1 Towing with the goal of establishing a business-to-business contract - specifically to keep dollars circulating in our community and to build a reliable partnership. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, shocking. When I asked about doing business, the gentleman on the phone told me, Well, you can try, but we arent always available - this is our busy season. When I asked for clarification, his only response was, Were busy. He ultimately ended the conversation with, I guess we dont want to do business. This isnt just poor communication - its a complete failure in customer service, professionalism, and basic business sense. If this individual represents ownership or management, it reflects terribly on the company. If hes simply an employee, then its even worse that management allows someone so careless and unprofessional to be the first impression of their business. As a business owner myself, I can say with certainty: in industries like towing, where reliability, professionalism, and community trust matter most, this kind of attitude is unacceptable. A-1 Towing had the chance to earn ongoing business and community support, but instead they made it abundantly clear they dont value either. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before depending on a company that openly says they dont want to do business.
