This store had a very rude ring door bell section associate that likes to not help you and disrespect you over the phone and then hang up on you after she disrespect you and when you try and call for a store manager to tell him how best buy in store associate treated you when you were going g to spend money with them and get treated and disrespect is very sad...no store manager can even talk to you over the disrespect you received in there store on marks st...I will be contacting corporate and telling my story about the marks best buy and hopefully they will fire who needs to be fired for such awful customer service....
