I contacted this store yesterday asking a few questions about a problem I've been having with the keyboard on my laptop. I spoke to a guy named JB. He gave me a great overview of what he thought the problem might be and gave me some great advice. I didn't end of having my computer serviced. What I did do, is to walk away feeling confident that I had received some great advice on how to proceed should I decide to do so. JB spoke clearly and in a way that I could understand. You don't find that very often these days. When and if I ever have any other PC problems, I will not hesitate to bring my computer here! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The customer service here is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I went in looking for help with a laptop and left with a brand new built to order computer for my specific needs. Jake knew exactly what I needed and the laptop was not going to cut it. He answered all my questions and didn't even laugh at the stupid ones. ?? the prices were right in line with I expected and the service was the cherry on top. If you have computer needs, look no further. This is the place to go!! Thank you Jake!! You're the best!!!
