I have used ShipHawk a few times and I love their service and shipping options. For example, I used them to mail a rug and a couple of lamps. I got the best price and I was able to determine my shipping costs very quickly. Everything was delivered quickly and smoothly. ShipHawk is a great firm. I use them for most shipments with my small furniture company and they repeatedly give me excellent prices with really great service. The team has gone out of their way too help me multiple times which is something that can be pretty difficult to find in the shipping industry. Their prices are virtually always the lowest and they seem to really care that they do a good job.

Everything about ShipHawk has been an amazing experience. Their website is super user friendly and made it very simple to get a quote and book shipping for my move across country. Once booked, I worked with Mike who immediately called me to touch base and was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me. I had a few follow up questions for him a few weeks later and he was very responsive and quick. I've been really happy with their service and would recommend this for anyone looking to ship bigger things.

I use ShipHawk to ship vintage pieces of furniture from one side of the country to the other. They have made it very painless and easy to do this, especially after having a couple nightmare experiences with other shipping companies. Now I have complete peace-of-mind while the pieces are in transit. The customer service has been excellent every step of the way. My PERSONAL customer service rep, Mike Hughes, is very knowledgeable and attentive, and goes out of his way to make himself available and to answer questions. It's also great being able to deal with same person every time I need to ship something. The movers who pick-up in New York are very professional, friendly and handle the pieces with the utmost care. My customers have equally reported this about the movers who drop off, wherever they may be in the country. I look forward to continuing my relationship with ShipHawk as my small business grows.

This is the first time I have had to ship anything and ShipHawk made it so easy! I placed my order online and a representative called me right away to confirm the order and talk about the details. I had to have my mattress out of my house in 3 days because I was moving on short notice for a job. My mattress was picked up in 2 days and got to my new place in a week. The ShipHawk staff and the drivers who handled my mattress were all super friendly and professional, would definitely use ShipHawk again and recommend ShipHawk to anyone who's new to shipping!
