Ramsin (pronounced Rumsin) is the guy you need for any sort of computer hardware work in Santa Barbara. I came to him with an issue I couldn't figure out, he was able to identify it as a motherboard issue and after giving him my budget, we were able to work out significant upgrades to my entire system that has made me exceptionally pleased and satisfied with his extensive knowledge and professionalism. Ramsin gives you and your computer the extra attention to detail that will make you glad you chose him for getting the job done, he answered all of my questions about what he suggested for the build and why and when I got my computer back I was smiling ear to ear like a kid who just got a new toy they've always wanted. I call Ramsin my Computer Guru. About a year ago, he built my computer to my specs, as strange as they were. He went out of his way to accommodate my wishes. I'm so grateful! Then, about a month ago, my computer locked me out. I'm not sure what happened. It was either a new modem issue or a security software installation. I bought a $4,000+ prebuilt system from a large reputable pre-built pc manufacturing company that advertises with popular internet personalities and esports figures/streamers. When the machine blue-screened randomly and refused to turn back on, local shops immediately nearby my location were unable or unwilling to help. The company who built the machine completely screwed me over and claimed the extended warranty I bought was invalid due to me doing basic testing prior to them asking me to do it. Ramsin was professional, responsive, and fixed the issue within a week. Instead of me paying $300+ for shipping and then paying for labor/parts to a company I dislike, I got to meet a new professional PC repair tech who is local and will be my go to in the future if I want to build or repair a new machine.
