As a provider we have been working to be put in network with this insurance for over 120 days. They claim that this is following standard law, however other companies choose to speed up this process by using CAQH which provides all of the credentialing information. It took less than 30 days to be in network with Aetna. We have been told there are providers who have been waiting since November to be put in network with this insurance company. They are extremely unhelpful when contacted on the phone. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Friendly respectful response but too reliant on doing at home via internet which I understand but their should offer hard copy options for additional visual coverage to my policy easier and not have to wait 3 months before coverage starts .
