He was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also extremely patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the time and care he put into assisting me. We appreciate Anchor Point's prompt and professional attention to our IT needs at the Botanic Garden. They have a great team in place across all levels that assist us with help desk requests and strategic infrastructural upgrades to modernize our equipment. From my visits to their HQ, I can tell the employees have an excellent camaraderie and communicate well with each other to make sure that the right person is assigned to support us. It's relieving to have an adept IT provider here in Santa Barbara!

Anchor Point has been our IT source for the past couple of years. I have run into a great IT tech Johann that really knows his stuff for the programs we use & he has been able to fix nearly anything that pops up. Really appreciate the efforts they go to, so you can be up and running again.
