After some internal debate we decided to switch our IT vendor to Versa about 3 months ago. The previous vendor sometimes took 2 hours to respond to a ticket which was not acceptable and often left our employees out to dry. Versa is always available and always on point. They do a great job managing our 50 person office and I'm thrilled we finally made the switch to them as our new IT vendor. If only we had done this sooner......

Knowledgable, reliable, fast, and comprehensive service. I've been working closely with Versa Computing (and specifically CJ) for a few months now and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. They have worked with my limited knowledge of computer science and network administration to help build out our entire office network infrastructure. They have also been integral in setting up our AV capabilities, while meeting our ever changing needs at every step without fuss and with infinite patience.
