I recently worked with Matthew from the tech team, and I wanted to share what a great experience it was. He demonstrated deep knowledge of the various Windows platforms and how they connect and function within our environment. His explanations were clear, concise, and easy to follow, even when I interrupted with my frequent "but why does..." questions. Matthew was patient, attentive, and made the session not only productive but surprisingly enjoyable. He successfully resolved all the Windows-related issues I was experiencing and went a step further by offering helpful recommendations that have since been implemented-and are working well. Keith is such an excellent IT especially helping with the transition of our company. He came in and made sure tht all computers and laptops were actively being converted so all employees could have access to their work. He connected all the printers and helped when staff had questions or concerns. I believe that with the amount of time he spent working to correct any programming that was incorrectly installed he definitely deserves a round of applause. He is such a hard worker and a big help. ðŸTM‚

Cody Holt is the bomb.com. I sent an email for help. He called maybe 5-10 minutes later instead of simply responding to my email. It is clear he read my email, I didn't have to really re-explain anything. He jumped right into helping me solve the problem. We solved it in 5 minutes. Quickest support I have ever gotten in my whole life. He helped me look good at my own job. Thank you so much FIT, for having a representative as efficient and helpful as Cody!

Recently, FIT Solutions became our company's new IT service provider. I could not be happier with the quality and quantity of service they have already provided for us. Onboarding multiple facilities with even more users was seamless and quick. I have emailed issues, called in for assistance and either way I get fast results. When I've called in, I always get top-notch greetings, direction and I genuinely feel that they care about getting my issue resolved immediately. Morgan is always kind, professional and result driven. I would also like to mention Brandon. He too shares Morgan's attributes. I'm thinking it's a FIT Solutions thing! :)
