Gabriel was awesome. Super courteous and professional and took the time to explain things. We had suboptimal WiFi transmission for our home with the Ruckus Network acting up. He took the time to troubleshoot each access point as well as the main control hub. He gave us options and was sincere and genuine. Superior!

I have been having problems with my home file sharing for months. It would work for a day or two and stop for weeks. I had my computers set up properly. Gabriel came to the. rescue. He found that the modem from my ISP was broadcasting a lan connection on a different subnet using my SSID. He renamed the ssid on the modem as well as disabled the broadcast. Everything is working now. None of my devices connect directly to the modem. Everyone is happy - especially me. THANK YOU GABRIEL 🥰.
