Stopped in to ask a question about my phone. Both advisors were helpful and generous with their time. Although what I needed was not in their area of service, nevertheless Levi Nash talked me through the options and steps to put me on the right track and gave me useful information from his own experience with this issue. Good to have them and this company in our neighborhood.

Called Tech 2 U and explained to Rob my problem: think I have a virus. He said a tech would call in an hour. Will called and fixed my computer , ran diagnostic and make sure I had an antivirus software installed. Everyone was so nice to this 'non-computer literate' senior woman. Much appreciated. I would call for their help again if needed.

I genuinely could never review something above this based on the principle that they take advantage of those who know no better similar to a car mechanic. 200+ dollars for them to not fix the issue that took them 5 minutes to find the third time I took my computer in. Ignoring the fact as well that this issue occurred post their first fix with my computer, to which they blamed software instead of a lose wire to which should been seen the first "fix". Truly lovely taking advantage of people like that.
