Staples is the best place for all school supplies. The store is so clean and well organized and if you need any help an associate is readily available. I was able to complete my grandkids back to school supplies in one trip. I used a coupon for 30% off my purchase and I got such a good deal off Staples already low prices. I highly recommend shopping at Staples for laptops too.

Very impressed with Staples' customer service, after just leaving Best Buy. Staples surpassed my expectations, and I ended up purchasing what I had planned to get at Best Buy. Great Service.

Great customer service. Went to Best Buy prior to my visit to Staples. Like night and day. Their customer service was the greeter was too busy on his cell phone to address our needs. And the customer service was horrible. I walked out and went to Staples. Immediately a store sales clerk approached me and asked if I needed assistance. Then helped me get the item I was looking for plus helped me save a bunch with my purchase. I'll never go back to Best Buy and I will return to Staples for future purchases. Thank you for your excellent customer service

Greeted upon arrival. Asked if needed assistance finding an item. Was then pointed to opposite wall in the store. Not overly impressed with copy paper prices. Checker was outstanding and directed me to download app to look for a coupon. Advised on how to change categories for rewards. Very helpful and main reason for 5 star review. Rest of staff friendly and helpful, but checker came to register and I had virtually no waiting in line plus extremely helpful. Will shop this store again.

Subject: Concern About Unprofessional Experience at Rancho Carmel Location Dear Staples, Customer Service, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Rancho Carmel location on [ April 21st] around 8:05 PM. When I arrived at the store, I politely said "excuse me" to two employees to get assistance. The manager, Ashley, responded by yelling, "Somebody will be with you in 5 minutes," in a tone that was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've been coming to this location regularly and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior before. I understand she may have assumed I was only there to return an Amazon package, but I had a question about a set of pens for an important project. Unfortunately, due to her combative tone, I felt too intimidated to even ask. I value your store and hope this matter can be addressed so that future visits feel more respectful and supportive. Thank you for your time and understanding. Sincerely, Tamara
