I had been experiencing issues with Outlook for some time when I reached out to Skyriver. Adam was able to log in remotely and fix the problem while I was away from my computer so my work day was not interrupted. He made additional improvements while addressing the issue I had originally reached out about. It was all done with great efficiency and I am very appreciative of the help. Our company has partnered with SkyriverIT. They have been very good to us. I used to let go of all the little computer problems I encounter because our Internal IT person was never available. Since we worked with SkyriverIT, I send a quick email, they call me back and share my screen. Usually all resolved within a couple of hours. Love it.
