Skyline has been managing our IT for the last few years and we couldn't be happier. Our main tech Andy is very responsive and is extremely knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable that our network, server and all of our workstations are up to date and are running error-free. They recently setup a few remote workstations which was effortless on our end and everything is working seamlessly. Great company to work with!

Our experience with Skyline IT Service has been exceptional! We are very pleased with the attention to detail they took to make our computer stations look clean and seamless. They were always very courteous of our space and time when installing our equipment. Our office runs on one program and every computer in the office needs to talk to each other. Getting this set up is not an easy task but the Skyline team did a great job making sure it is all working and any bugs are fixed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service we received and look forward to working with them in the future as our business grows!

Christopher Shaw and I go back several years as business owners and friends. I own a multimedia/video production company and have a lot of systems to backup. I also do understand the importance of providing great service and professionalism to a client and Skyline IT Services certainly does that. Recently, I called upon Chris and his technicians regarding a couple of situations where my computer drive was critically reaching capacity and though attempts were were made to off load or transfer files to another drive, the main drive would still read at maximum capacity. I also had a need to install/switch a solid state drive out in place of a full SATA drive a high capacity editing system and was concerned about transferring or copying all the systems programs in an efficient manner. After contacting Christopher, Andy Fernandez responded with a call and arranged an appointment to come out to our office. Once he arrived, he politely put me at ease of my concerns and went straight to work. Andy was very efficient, handling the tasks for both computer systems at the same time. He also took the time to answer my questions and explained what he was doing as he displayed his technical abilities with ease. I certainly would recommend Skyline IT Services to anyone who is looking for a professional and responsive company to perform their IT needs. Thank you Christoper and Andy!

I've had the team at Skyline supporting my company's systems for many year now. Anytime someone needs IT Support at our office the Skyline IT Services team there gets right on it. We had issues with our previous IT company who failed to properly backup our data and we lost months of data. Ever since we switched to Skyline years ago everything has always been very smooth. Very happy with their service.
