We have been working with Roman and his Team at REMSIS IT Service in San Diego for the past 7 years. We are very pleased with their proactive approach towards IT Support and keeping our Company up and running around the clock. Roman at Remsis is an amazing technician and great person. He has been helping me maintain the computer system for my Accounting business for over 10 years. Anytime I have an issue he is available to connect and resolve it. He has assisted me in the purchase of quality equipment. He rescued my system when it failed to respond and recovered all my data on a new system. Plus he is very personable and easy to work with. I have worked with other technicians associated with my accounting clients, and the quality of Roman's work on my system has far exceeded all of them.

Working with REMSIS IT is hands down the best decision you can make for your IT needs. We have been using them for the past 8+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Roman is honest, transparent, and genuinely cares about you and your business. Whenever I have an issue (which is generally due to user error!) I file a ticket and get a quick response and solid resolution. He follows up to make sure you're completely satisfied, and I have 100% faith in his judgment and knowledge. He takes the time to get to know what you, as a business, need, and does not try to up-sell you on unnecessary goods or services. I cannot recommend REMSIS IT highly enough. If you're even considering going somewhere else--DON'T DO IT!
