I can't say enough about the great service we receive at Regala Consulting. We are a small business, and there have been a couple of IT issues that came up that I couldn't figure out. Mike was awesome and explained everything he was doing while I was watching him remotely working on my computer. It's really great to have that Go-To company that are experts at what they do, and you know will just solve your problem for you and make it go away. They also don't charge an arm and a leg, and deserve every penny! There is a lot to be said for having an expert in your pocket you can call when you need them - like having a great plumber, lol!!

Mike responds in a very timely manner to our calls or emails. He is extremely knowledgeable but does not hesitate to tell us when he feels that he needs to fully research a question, thus, giving us the option to pay extra or find answers ourselves. I greatly appreciate his honesty! Mike takes the time to explain what he will be doing and why he's doing it. He is quick, efficient and pleasant - great to work with and is attentive to keeping costs down.

Mike Regala came to the rescue today to fix our wireless security cameras. After numerous calls and insane phone wait times with technical support (45 minutes+ on hold) with the manufacturer of our wireless camera, I finally gave up on them and decided to call Regala Consulting and I am SO GLAD I DID. Mike was super-professional, knew his stuff, and was in-and-out within just an hour. He even had time to help us try to clear out our email server, which was maxed out. Thanks again Mike :-)
