Our business has been using Pacific IT for over 5+ years. Will, Zane and staff are very friendly and personable and they're response time is extremely fast. Pacific IT is one of the best in the business when it comes to serving all of your IT needs. They always go a step above for our staff and company. When COVID hit, they seamlessly transitioned 20+ of our onsite employees to fully remote at home setups with no hiccups. We will continue to trust them for many years to come. Slow remote desktops, unfriendly staff. I use this for work and they use a single computer with 90GB of RAM and think that can cover enough computing power for all employees. Spoiler alert, it can't. They use Microsoft Office 2016 which is 6 years old and are apparently too cheap to upgrade it even when asked. Also, sometimes Chrome just refuses to load pages after a certain time and you need to log out and start a new session, which is disruptive to workflow. I would strongly recommend against using this company for your IT needs.
