I transitioned my company's IT Managed Services over to myCRE from another managed service provider about 2 years ago and never looked back! They are responsive, solutions-oriented, and professional in their interactions with our employees. They have also ushered us through large-scale IT projects such as a migration of over 1 TB of company data from Box to SharePoint, which went according to schedule and budget, with no major issues. We have been working with MyCRE for as long as I've been with this company and I can say that we are always impressed when there is a need for help. They are always attentive and personable. We have been extremely happy with all aspects from customer service to our territory rep. The system itself if user friendly and easy to learn but if there is ever an issue we are confident the matter will be handled quickly and effectively with very little down time on our end. All-in-all, MyCRE will continue to be our choice go to company.

myCRE is so helpful and quick to resolve all of my IT needs. I have even had trouble with developing an Excel formula for an internal project and they jumped in to help, taking several hours to work through it with me. They never make me feel like I ask a dumb question even if my "issue" is my own user error. Highly recommend their services.
