Hyphenet recently assisted us with a huge (enormous for us) server upgrade. Our servers were obsolete and due for an upgrade, Hyphenet gave us a competitive bid and provided us with a high end, top quality, and future proof machine. But at a price our budget could handle. And they did not stop there. The hardware is amazing for sure, but the expertise, the know how, the comprehensive customer CARE is what really makes this company shine. Facing a regulatory deadline Jason gave us 100% in order to meet our unique and frustrating requirements. Working with a 3rd party software vendor (that was nowhere near as cooperative and supportive as the team at Hyphenet) Jason committed numerous hours to make certain that we were ready for the upgrade. I'm writing this review at 3 AM in the morning because when it came down to the final moments of our upgrade we learned that the 3rd party vendor had an undisclosed requirement for a fourth server. Jason was here (virtually) in the middle of the night to setup the server and ensure that we made our deadline. WITHOUT COMPLAINT. You're probably reading this review wondering if they can help you. Well let me just say this; call them today if you are looking for a team that knows what they are doing.
