As a corporate HR client I had called upon eIronClad to manage our network cabling and drops on-the-fly, to which they replied basically with "We cant do the work". Anthony in particular was dismissive and rude at times when "informing" me why they couldn't do the work. Why advertise a 24/7 company when you're not 24/7?
