I had a scary cyber security incident with my computer last week. As a small one man business office, I did not know who to call. Then I remembered that a while ago, a business associate referred me to Dispatch Tech and an IT technician name Charles (Chuck). I emailed Chuck details of the incident and he responded with a request to give him a call. I decided to wait until Monday to do so. In the mean time, I was getting paranoid and imagining the worst case scenarios envisioning reactions from my clients, the negative impact it would have on the business and the time administratively to clean up any potential mess, etc. When I called Chuck on Monday to discuss the situation, it was like a huge rock was lifted off my chest. In his opinion and experience, he thinks that the incident was more of the common scheme to sell victims fake computer protection plans to be paid by credit cards. It was good news and I compared it to getting back results for some medical tests coming back negative. To be safe, I had Chuck checked over the computer completely for any suspicious activities and irregularities. Everything came back clean. It is seldom that computer technicians nowadays meet their clients in person so I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chuck again for extending me the courtesy of such meeting. This is why I endorse and recommend Dispatch Tech with a 5 star rating.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!! On the phone AARON was knowledgeable and courteous. CHARLES only makes things better by repairing my computer that I need for school; fast! Aaron have been my computer guys for many years now, I own a landscaping company and we depend on his help with are computer, there has been time that we lost all useage of are computers and he was out here with in hours. he is very dependable and cost also is reasonable
