These guys had great reviews online so I thought I would check them out when my MacBook went dark. They let me know how long it would take right away and stayed in communication about every detail. When the part they needed to order was not immediately available they upgraded my computer logic board for free in order to meet their timeline. I was impressed. Beyond how they do business, everyone of the people I interacted with was professional, courteous, friendly, and direct. The next time I have a computer problem I will be back right away. Thank you!

Soooo...in the middle of writing a chapter, my laptop screen went dark, and I could not revive it. I tried all my tricks...nothing. Panicking, I went to DC Computers where I always purchase my computers and they fixed it in 20 minutes. The owner was super kind to me knowing I am not a hardware or software person, just a network person. I highly recommend. They even laugh at bad jokes, no charge.

DC computers is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The customer service was great! My computer needed repairing immediately and they didn't hesitate! They were extremely helpful, saved documents that appeared and weren't saved which I wanted saved but my laptop broke so I couldn't save, and charged me a reasonable (great) price for repair. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Great experience here. I wanted a windows computer and traded in a MacBook for a pretty sweet Lenovo laptop. They are one of the only places in town that do trades so you don't have to deal with 3rd party selling. After about 2 days with the windows, I had cold feet and wanted to go back to MacOS. I went right back and they just handed me the exact Macbook I wanted and took back the Lenovo and said we were square. Great service. Will buy all my computers here.

First time building a computer. It didn't turn on. I took it in, was $89 just for it to get evaluated. It took 3 WEEKS just for a call telling me it would cost $600, and another few days. Just for them to swap out one of the components for another, and a few cable management adjustments. It's been 3 or so months, and turns out I didn't use the proper CPU cooler. Reckon they should've caught that. Know I have to buy a replacement, and take the thing back apart again. There's a big red dot on my motherboard warning about the CPU, and the top coolers lights don't even work.
