Boot Networks Global Support, Inc. is the company you need help you stay current with IT Security, IT Equipment and IT Education. Clark Thompson, owner of Boot Networks Global Support, Inc. has proven to me over the last 12 years that his knowledge regarding all things computer related is unending! As the prior owner of a very busy insurance agency with 25 employees, it was necessary that all our workstations, printers and servers be always working at full capacity. Clark became one of our most important assets due to his efforts to be certain we were always operating as efficiently as possible overseeing our insurance agency management system, quoting systems, website and updating software, resolving "glitches" whether they be hardware or software based. He makes himself available when our needs arise---sometimes helping us remotely but if we need him onsite-he is onsite! He has been able to provide us with education necessary to use the most current tools available for communication within the firm as well as with our clients and our many insurance companies. He made certain we met the needs required by our vendors and clients for cyber security with the utmost attention to protecting our sensitive data. These issues are always evolving and Clark has made certain we have been kept abreast of new tools, equipment, provided ongoing education to our staff so that we remain viable in this digital world! Reliability is so important-and Clark and Boot Networks Global Support, Inc. have been RELIABLE! I called Boot Networks in a pinch to help migrate my company to Microsoft 365 during the pandemic. We had just parted ways with a local company that failed to perform.....when I called Boot Networks, CJ quickly assured me that he could fix the mess they caused and mange the migration remotely. Although, I was hesitant to have this project implemented remotely due to time sensitive and importance (due to the mandatory "Shelter in Place"), CJ was able to managed the entire process remotely. He immediately fixed the issues the other firm created and provide valuable insight into best practices, the licenses we needed from Microsoft, and explained what he was going to provide in plain English. He confirmed the project goals and made sure we understood the action plan while emphasizing the importance of proper security using two factor authentication. He is professional, responsive, fairly priced, and most importantly, exceeded our expectations and delivered on time. Currently, we are all working from home without any problems and might even be able to reduce our office overhead expense next year thanks to the systems CJ recommended and established. Computers are never an exact science and I can say that because I've fumbled around with it for years. Technology can be a confusing, constantly changing language that few are fluent in. I used to be so stressed with my printers and my website until I discovered Boot Networks. Thomas and Clark are a dream team together. They are so passionate about what they do and so responsive to my needs. I have yet to present them with a problem they have not been able to solve or a project they have not been able to see through. Since I've started using their services I not only feel like I haven't come across a bottleneck in a while, but I understand my technology better.
