My MacBook pro got water damage on the keyboard and mouse pad. Instead of taking it to Apple, I knew I could get the same repairs if not better from BitChip. Alec was great at communicating what parts needed repairs and kept me updated when parts were ordered and shipped. He is reliable and trust worthy!

Alec upgraded my old Macbook Pro 2014 after several years of neglect and some problems with the battery shutting off randomly. Alec reached out to me for feedback on the problems I was experiencing, and provided recommendations for hardware updates that were within my price range. Once they arrived, he installed them within a day and returned it to me blazing fast. Alec also did an courtesy cleaning of the laptop innards, and ensured that I was satisfied with work he did (which I was!). Now my laptop can handle anything, from making music to streaming games with ease. It's never been this fast haha. I will definitely return to Bitchip Tech Services in the future, as I have some older laptops and devices I want to revive and see what's been forgotten on them. I plan on referring any of my friends or acquaintances who want a quick, responsive, and pleasant way to manage their electronics. Renewing old computers is not only cost-effective, but reduces the environmental impact that comes with buying a new device entirely. Alec is awesome, thank you thank you! ðŸ ̃Ž

Alec is fantastic to work with!! He is incredibly responsive, professional, has fair and reasonable pricing and has been able to solve each one of our tech issues.
