Sheng efficiently installed a mini Mac and transferred all my info from my PC . He also installed a new router. My system runs much faster now. He took the time to show me functionality of the Mac so I can actually use it after being a PC user. He was very helpful. I highly recommend him.

Top notch service-better, quicker, simpler for SD locals than Geek Squad or warranty service providers. Locked out of my Lenovo, couldn't decrypt Microsoft's bitlocker which was imbedded in the OS. Sheng fixed it better than new, and delivered to me in North Park: I can't thank him enough and will use him again-for home IT needs, and larger scale needs for work. Pleasant, smart, quick and responsible are words that come to mind. My only regret is not calling him sooner.

Sheng was amazing. I needed to have a network in my office to connect all of my devices and specifically a printer for scan to email. He came out the next day and had everything up and running in a jiffy. Highly recommend.
