If there's a question about anything they're quick to find the answer. They're also highly responsive. Even when there's an emergency at odd hours they jump right in and quickly get things back on track. And they're polite. AMA Networks is truly an amazing company! Their team cares about their customer's needs and has a true understanding of how technical issues and downtime impact business significantly in today's modern world. Since we have brought AMA in as our IT solution, we have experienced almost no downtime. We save money now that we hit very little IT hiccups in our day to day business, not to mention, all the frustration and headaches that have been eliminated as well. They have an abundance of knowledge, and for the first time in many years, we have a reliable IT Company that when we run into troubles with our Servers, Workstations or Network, we feel at ease that we have someone dependable to call. I also recommend their preventative monthly maintenance and service plan... it is beyond reasonable and keeps all my computers up to date from security risk and detects problems before they have a bigger impact on my business.
