Reuben, a computer expert, is always extremely responsive, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! I wish I possessed a tenth of his computer knowledge and speed at getting things done. He has help me on numerous occasions including computer exchanges and transfer of data and files, repairs, malicious attacks (more than once) and he can fix most things right over the phone by accessing your computer remotely! A great service, which I really appreciate these days.

During the last 12 months, Reuben provided expert, practical, advice and technical support as we replaced our 2 home computers, the extended displays and other accessories. Subsequently, he fielded several phone calls, and, helped install an Ooma internet telephone. Reuben at A & R Computers is an exceptional help to our office. As an architectural firm that has important deadlines, having computer issues can really affect us terribly, it is important for our company to have someone to jump right on it, Reuben never hesitates to help and resolve our issues. If Reuben is not able to resolve the issue remotely, he is always willing to come into the office to work on any problems our computers are having. He responds to our emails, texts, and phone calls promptly, and when possible, walks us through troubleshooting options. He has helped our office immensely understand what is the best software and hardware setup for our workflow, we trust him with ALL of our IT questions and issues.
