I've worked with 619 IT for the last couple of years and each time have received fantastic care. I've taken advantage of both their remote login option and in person help. I really appreciate how the employees talk you through your options and how to resolve issues. This last time was an emergency and they talked me though what I needed to do and have so that we'd all be prepared for the in office visit. Within minutes problem solved. I couldn't be happier with their assistance and customer service.

I learned "I before E except after C," algebra the old-fashioned way (not Common Core), and history-all things I don't use much in everyday life as a mom of two. When I decided to create something close to my heart, ScreenFreeKids.com, I realized something important: they don't teach practical skills in school. I would have loved a class on how to create a website, set up an email host, or understand what DNS and nameservers are. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option. Thankfully, where my knowledge fell short, 619 IT stepped in to fill the gap. At first, I tried to handle everything myself-I bought a domain on GoDaddy, set up a website on Wix, and quickly ran into trouble trying to connect the two. That's when I was introduced to 619 IT, and they came to the rescue. Their team helped me sort everything out. They seamlessly integrated Microsoft 365, restored my website on Wix, and set up multi-factor authentication for better cybersecurity. Please learn from my mistakes! Before you run into technical headaches, don't try to do it all on your own-call Daniel and his team from the start. Daniel is personable, hands-on, and truly knows what he's doing.
