We have been working with PCTronics for 24 years. They have handled our unique IT needs as we have utilized both DOS and Windows simultaneously with some very old software. They have expertly handled numerous server upgrades, complex business relocations twice, and solved an endless number of problems, questions and backup data restorations. As well, on at least two occasions, PCTronics has come through for us in resolving hacking/malware attacks on our system. Their support in cybersecurity has been terrific. They take content from other sources and pass it off as their own on their marketing materials and blog. When our Association contacted them to request that it be cited properly, we were told to pound sand. Highly recommend that buyer beware.
