I had a fantastic experience working with electrician Joey. He was friendly, professional and incredibly patient. I'm not tech-savvy but he took the time to clearly explain everything in simple, understandable terms, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. The Jo b turned out to be more complicated than expected, with a few surprise challenges along the way. But he handled everything with creativity and expertise. What really stood out was his attention to detail, he left the space spotless when he finished. It's rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such genuine courtesy and professionalism. Outstanding electrician - highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Empire Technologies. Dean Estrada was very communicative and scheduled an on-site inspection right away. After going over what we wanted, he provided a list of services and what would get completed. After signing the proposal, we were able to schedule for services within two days. His team did an excellent job removing wires and relocating service boxes. They completely transformed our server room, which looks very presentable now. Particularly, Richard Mendoza went above and beyond since the moment he arrived. He volunteered to assist with moving sofas in our office and continued to offer assistance throughout his time here. He kept me updated throughout the process and let me know what to expect. He and another employee had stayed over 12 hours to complete the job, including installing a new access control system for our front door. There were some technical difficulties, so Richard came back first thing in the morning the next business day. He was very informative and ensured everything was properly working--including testing literally every key card I had added into the system--before leaving. His professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness were much appreciated.
