I had the best experience at Human Computer today! Not only was the service outstanding, but the employee was as well! He provided me with suggestions of what computers to get in the future. He was so polite and patient with me. He fixed my laptop in less than 10 minutes! Now my laptop feels brand new!! I would definitely come back to Human Computer again in the future!

THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! My computer was not turning on and I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out what the issue was. I have been to human computer in the past and their services were excellent, so I felt completely comfortable putting my trust in them. They said they would see what the problem was and get in contact with me the same day I brought the computer in they called me and gave me the full run down of what the issue was and how much it was going to cost to fix it. The full repair took less than 4 days and they were incredibly professional, thorough, and thoughtful.

After my son crashed out and punched his laptop, we were on the hunt to find a good place to repair the screen. Went into human computer and they were great he could easily tell the screen was damaged and gave me a quote (other places wanted to charge me for a quote) we took the computer in on a Thursday and paid the deposit. We were told it should be done Saturday. I forget to follow up and called Monday and my call was quickly returned with a vm saying the part was delayed but will be here Wednesday and he is going to try to finish it same day. Well sure enough about 3 pm Wednesday he calls and says it's ready. The delay wasn't his fault so we don't count that. He was quick, professional, and efficient plus a very reasonable price. Would definitely come back if I need anything else repaired.
