They were reasonable price very quick and took really good care of the issue I was having with my PS5. They are really nice and very helpful. I would recommend them for any type of repairs that they do. I am happy I found them on the internet. They took pictures of before and after of my PS5 and they cleaned it all up and what a difference it looks like. I highly recommend them for this type of repairs

Repair shops are a 50/50 in my eyes, often times I hear horror stories of malpractice and outrageous fees. Amazing Technology Group is not one of these cases. They offer reasonable and honest prices for the services they provide as well as a friendly & informative environment. They were able to effortlessly fix my console within 6 hours of diagnosing the issue, the technician demonstrated efficient understanding of the repair process and offers explanations so simple anyone may understand. During the pickup process the receptionist will show you before & after pictures of your device and in my case videos depicting the playtesting and proven functionality of your console. The completely transparent process, hospitality, and technicians demonstration of clear concise repair knowledge are all factors that contribute to the quality of this location. I would highly recommend this establishment to individuals who lack the knowledge to make personal repairs alone all the way to those who are capable but lack time.

I had a +5 year old gaming tower that seemed to be nearly completely dead from my perspective. I really didnt think it had a chance to be salvaged but Amazing Technology Group fixed it up real nicely, upgraded some parts and software, and completely brought it back. Easy to talk with, friendly, professional and knowledgeable in repairing most devices. If I had any issues with any other devices in the future, I wont hesitate to take it to them.

I live in Wisconsin, and I was having a difficult time finding someone local to repair my HDMI port on my PS5. I was told about Amazing Technology Group by a friend, and he had so many good things to say I figured I would try them out. They made the process of shipping my console to them super simple. They remained in contact with me every step of the way. They were extremely polite and informative. And most importantly they were very transparent about everything and even sent photos of before and after the repair was completed. My experience with them was extremely pleasant and I highly recommend using them for any technical issues you may have. They're the best!

My son's gaming PC suddenly started overheating, so after reading some reviews I decided to take it to the folks at Amazing Technology Group. It's a family owned and operated small business, which I always prefer to support. They determined that the liquid cooling system had burnt out and recommended they install this fancy fan instead. The CPU temps now are cooler than when the liquid cooler was working! The techs here truly know what they are doing and the whole staff are super friendly. Highly recommended!
