Chris is amazing! He did some remote fixing for me personally on my computer and also came to my store in Riviera Village where my embroidery machine runs with a computer and fixed it! I needed immediate help and Chris came thru every time!!!

Chris has been so helpful every time I've contacted him with a computer issue. He set up my new computer and transferred all the information over from my old one. He was prompt and reasonable. And he also checked out a computer that was being glitchy and didn't charge anything when the solution was simple. Chris is great to work with. He has been my go-to for computer problems. I've had a few issues with my gaming laptop as the hard drive was failing. I was trying to be a superhero and using multiple design programs all at once and my computer just couldn't take it. He was able to diagnose what I needed to order and installed an upgraded hard drive and more ram. Now my computer runs like a beast and I can multitask to my heart's content. Thank you!
