Paul is a savant of computer repair. I have had him service my personal and my work laptop on two separate occasions and he has come through quickly (same day) and thoroughly. He explained what happened and why both times. In an era where local computer shops are disappearing, online tech support is highly scripted, and the Best Buy /Apple store repair guys only know the basics, Paul is a lifesaver. 100% highly recommend.

Yes it's all true, Paul's a great, honest, brilliant, kind gentleman, who sure knows his business. Paul seemed to enjoy the nearly impossible challenge of recovering info from our dinosaur laptop, explained the process and provided all the solutions available. He was very clear and fair on price and not only did he restore, fix, upgrade and clean our laptop up, he also surprised me with a battery at no extra charge. I was an out-of-town visitor and ran into a hard drive problem on my laptop. After an unsatisfactory attempt at using Best Buy Geek Squad services (they were more interested in signing me up to a support contract than looking at my problem), I took a chance on contacting Alpha Computer Support, based on its Google reviews. It turned out to be a great decision. Paul Meyer of Alpha was extremely responsive, gracious, knowledgeable, methodical, and generous with his time and advice. I would absolutely use him again.

This is a long overdue review for Alpha Computer support or as he is programmed in my phone: Paul my computer guy! I have been using Paul's services for the last 4+ years.
