Jim and his staff have taken care of our computers (about a dozen now) and all of our internet security needs since we opened our clinic in 2015. They are extremely responsive and always so kind. He was on time, finished the job much sooner than I expected, provided very clear explanations of what he was doing, answered all our questions, and his fee was very reasonable. I have always brought my home computers and laptops here to be serviced. The owners and staff are so nice and professional. They are very honest and do whatever it takes to get your computer in tip-top shape. They only plus-sell if necessary and the turn-around time is quick. I would not go anywhere else for my computer repair needs. Highly recommended, without reservation!!!
