I'm from Beaumont and it was my first time in there and they helped me with cleaning out the dust of my overheating gaming laptop. Price was $85 with the full cleaning and thermal pasting. The people and staff were pretty chill, Mike helped me out with the cleaning whom he was a chill guy. I also met the owner Robert also pretty chill guy. When I got home and tried my laptop, everything was fine and nothing was wrong. I was pleased with their service and would recommend them to others who needs their computer fixed or repaired. : D

Amazing place to take your computer. Robert took the time to share a wealth information and details of the service they would provide, and communicated along the way keeping me updated on the progress of the work. And when finished he showed me the final results and the greatly improved performance of my old and tired, but now revived, PC. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Very welcoming and kind people. They walked me through the process for my computer. Had a really chill and laid back experience. Super convenient and reliable. They even referred me to hardware w/in my budget and similar to what I wanted. I don't think any other shop can one up these guys 🫡

THESE GUYS GO THE EXTRA MILE!!! My computer part arrived on the Friday before I had to catch an early flight on Monday. Robert worked late that night do the repair, and Mike made a special trip to the shop to meet me during their closed hours to ensure I got it in time! I have used Computer Pro2call before and I've always have been satisfied. I certainly will use them again!

My laptop had stopped powering on and, as it was on the older side, I was considering just buying a new one before I decided to take it in to Computer Pro2Call. Robert was immediately very helpful, explaining the pricing and some ideas he had to diagnose the problem. After working on it for a while, sometimes getting it to boot before it stopped working again, he let me know it wouldn't be cost effective to keep trying to fix it, going so far as to find me a listing for the same model laptop that was cheaper than the cost of the replacement motherboard. In the end, I only had to pay the initial $40 for him to look at it, despite the hours of work that went into diagnosing and testing solutions. At one point when it had seemed like the laptop was working again, Robert even took the time to find listings for parts to get my laptop into like-new condition, and I would've happily let him work on that too if the laptop had kept booting normally. All in all, I was very satisfied with the experience even though he wasn't able to fix it. I felt like he cared about helping me for the fairest price possible. I'll be coming back the next time I have computer problems.
