eTop Technology has been fantastic to work with. Our organization switched to eTop from another company, and it has been great. Our office has used eTop for years and through the pandemic they helped us transition and maintain our security. Whenever issues arise, it's easy enough to call, email, or send in a request for assistance. Most requests are addressed within minutes and if elevated assistance is required for a more advanced issue, their staff is more than willing to help. They also can manage your office equipment, outlook accounts, cloud, etc. So if you are looking for a company that can pretty much manage all your IT and office needs, eTop is a solid choice.

eTop has been really great with fast service and expert service. With other providers I found they were learning how to fix the computer ON THE JOB which is costly for the customer. Not so with eTop, they know how to keep our machines running smooth. We use their monthly maintenance plan which is really great.
