My company recently experienced a hacking situation that not only occurred on a weekend, but a holiday weekend, as well. Not only did team at Automates work through the holiday weekend, but they also communicated consistently throughout the process. They are professional, effective and efficient not to mention truly compassionate - especially to a very scared/freaked out business owner! I have worked with Automates for two of my companies over the period of I think around 3 years. They are very responsive and they always fix my problems no matter how random. They save me HOURS of aggravation handling things that are over my skillset for technical settings and they make sure my system is secure. I have also been in situations where my computer was running incredibly slow, impeding my team's ability to work and they always get us back online quickly. I highly recommend!!!!
