ADS did excellent work and fully recovered my personal data. If they cannot deliver on their promise, they do not charge you. I tried numerous attempts on my own to access my files after a Microsoft Update made booting into the OS impossible. They offer sophisticated techniques to recover your irreplaceable files and I will recommend them to anyone who needs such a service.
