I can't say enough about how happy I am with Xentric Solutions and Arthur. Xentric is hosting our Sage ERP 100 server as well as company files and applications. Arthur was with us every step of the way making sure the transition was seamless from our old hosting company. Arthur is an extremely knowledgeable consultant who has been helping our company for years but we only recently switched to their Azure hosting service. I highly recommend this company!

I had one of those situations that every persons dreads of, my computer crashed! Arthur at Xentric was on top of it from the second I called him. Every phone call and text message was returned within minutes. He's a true life safer as well as the most patient and companionate human being. He got everything taken care of even though he had so much going on with other clients. He was professional and advised me step by step what I needed to do.
