Elijah recently led a tech class for the seniors in my building, and I can't recommend him enough! While his team typically offers computer and laptop classes, I asked if he could tailor a session focused on smartphones, since most of our residents don't have access to computers. He was not only open to the idea but went above and beyond-creating a PowerPoint presentation entirely in Armenian to better support our primarily Armenian-speaking community. The residents were fully engaged, participated in trivia (with some lucky winners getting t-shirts!), and are already asking when Elijah will return for another class. He is professional, adaptable, and incredibly efficient-plus, he brings a great sense of humor that made the session both informative and fun. Elijah truly made tech feel more approachable for our seniors.

Elijah did a special program about avoiding scams and keeping ourselves and our equipment (phones and computers) safe from fraud. He is excellent! He has so much knowledge and is able to communicate it in an easy to understand way, while also throwing in some humor. I am very grateful that I could be present for this class. Thank you very much, Elijah!

Elijah is brilliant, experienced, effective and works fast at his talent, which is fixing computers & devices of all types. He's a natural born tech wizard "machinist". I used him to upgrade my software on a mac desktop with great success. I'd use him again for many other things on my list. He's also a trainer for those who are not digital divas. Contact him at once if you need help with anything electronic Mac or Android. Use Melinda as a referral!!

I recently bought a new computer system from Apple, and was introduced to Mom's computer as a resource for setting it up. Their technician Elijah came over, and in the course of three hours, had everything hooked up and running. There were a few technical issues that had to be resolved, but a week later he returned, and within 30 minutes, all was good. The reputation of Mom's Computer and Elijah are first rate, and I highly recommend them for any computer work you need done.

My brother is sunsetting and needed a company that can help us get his digital life in order. Geek Squad doesn't do this and really, they have different folks every day. I needed a dedicated firm, and found them, Mom's!
