Matt T and the rest of the Cal Net team have always been excellent, professional and friendly and they get things done fairly quickly. This time around was no different. Our firm had an issue with a remote user not being able to connect to our main office that was beyond my basic knowledge of computers and networking so I reached out to Cal Net. Matt responded, gathered everything that was going on and was able to pinpoint and resolve the issue quickly. On top of that Matt even waited until after closing hours to fix the issue as to not interrupt any of our remote users. I would definitely recommend Cal Net!

I was having issues getting a printer to work with a computer using remote access. Matthew Tahmasian was the tech who helped me. I don't think I have ever seen a printer give anyone this much trouble, But Matt pulled through and got it up and running. He was very kind and professional. Did all he could to solve my problem. I am super exited to print everything now. lol. Very great help.
