We have been working with My Remote Tech for quite some time, around 5 years. They are responsible for IT consulting and support for our 3 companies which all located in Los Angeles but different locations. Recently we have been saved by My Remote Tech due to an unexpected server crash including all our exchange local emails. They did a great job resolving our issue in less than 5 hours which not only the turnaround was very quick but also very cost efficient and that's what makes them different from other IT consulting and services firm. I recently had some issues with our Mac systems in our office which apparently was difficult to resolve! The reason I'm saying is because we had two different Mac consultants trying to fix our issues and unfortunately they both failed to fix the problems. Finally we found My Remote Tech to come and look at our systems just to see if they can do something. Surprisingly they did fix our issues on the first spot at the quickest time. Ever since we've been working with My Remote Tech as our primary outside IT & computer consultant and it couldn't be any better since our downtime has been decreasing exponentially.
