I've known Rudy for over a year now and the solutions he brings forth are great! He's always pro-active and even though my business computer/technology needs were totally from like early 2000's he created a plan to bring our office up-to-date! Very responsive and he knows his stuff.... Totally recommend him!. Our office only has 9 staff and he customized a plan right for us. Very grateful as I know anyone who works with Rudy will be too!

Rudy is amazing at what he does and is a great friend! Even though he works on far more complicated IT issues than this was, he helped me sort out my multiple gmail accounts and google drives that were all intertwined; such a big help. He also serves as Chapter Technician for our TEAM Networking group and is such a pro. I highly recommend Rudy and his entire team at REALTIME Technologies!
