I was a client with this company for over 5 years. If you are thinking to be one of their future clients , here is my honest review of this company. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: 1.Responsive 2.Staff are generally nice and courteous 3. Usually helpful in resolving our computer issue. Cons: 1.Billing is outrageously messy. 2. Do not sign up for their retainer plan. Owner is very deceiving . They routinely billed us for services that were covered in the contract, and we had to consistently contact them to remove the items. Owner said, " yes let me check with the staff, and make sure it doesn't happen again" , but it happened repeatedly and his tactics just got very old. 3.When we were using this computer company, our computers and server ran into problems regularly. After switching to another company, we not longer have as many issues. Maybe it's coincidence. I paid the monthly fee, and they would fix my computers as needed. Billing is so simple and clear .No additional hidden fees. It's just amazing how another company who does the same service can be so different . That's why it's important to read the review and get some second opinions before signing up for a new vendor. Overall, just a miserable experience at the end. We definitely DO NOT recommend

I won't use this computer company. I have been helping our business do the accounting, and their billing practice is absolutely disastrous. Not only do they overcharge but use unethical collection practices. They kept charging for work that they should have included on the service fees. It definitely is a nightmare to work with them.
