Our "smart house" with all its apps worked but the internet was always an issue. Finding Andrei was the missing block in how our home operated and used WiFi- which everything needs these days. Andrei was responsive from the moment found him on thumbtack. He was professional from start to finish. He helped us streamline our internet connection to all devices while providing insight into how everything worked. He is totally transparent in his work and managing expectations. Clear invoicing and review of work. He does not pretend to know about all systems of a "smart home" but he is the foundation for how everything AV/security/etc works off of- internet. Highly recommend, plus he is just a nice guy.

Andrei was absolutely amazing! I called him to get help with cleaning my PC (which was done fast), but I ended up deciding to upgrade my system entirely, and Andrei built me a brand new PC that is so much better than my previous one! He patiently answered all of my dumb little questions (I'm not very tech savvy). Everything was ready super quickly, and he even went above and beyond to deliver my new PC late in the evening so I could work the next day.
